Choosing Toners, Inks and Spare Parts
Match the part to the machine, check quality and look at cost per page, not just the price.
Start with the Exact Model
Consumables and parts are specific to a machine model and sometimes to a revision of it. Use the model name and part number printed on the item you are replacing.
Quality and Consistency
Toner and ink affect color, density and how much wear the machine sees. A cheap batch that varies from one delivery to the next costs you in reprints and in calibration time.
Cost per Page
Compare cost per page, not unit price. A cartridge with a higher yield or a roller that lasts twice as long is often cheaper over a year.
Keep Critical Spares on the Shelf
Rollers, pads, filters and fuser parts are the items that stop a press when they fail. Keeping a small stock of the ones that wear fastest saves waiting on a delivery.
Ask for Help When Unsure
Send us the machine model, a photo and the part number. We will confirm compatibility before dispatch.
